We apologize if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and we value your satisfaction. To be eligible for a refund you must return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery date. All items must be in new, unworn condition with tags in place. All returns are subject to inspection prior to a refund being issued.
While we strive for the very best quality, our product has traveled far and wide to make its way to you and in that process we may miss a defect. Please inspect your order as soon as possible and notify us within 14 days of delivery if a defect is found. Prior to sending any defective items, please email a picture and short description to email@example.com for initial inspection.
Final Sale Items (Clearance/Sale), Hosiery, and Underwear are NOT eligible for a refund, ONLY store credit*. Swimwear is available for exchange ONLY.
Shipping charges from your order are non-refundable and will be deducted from refund ($5-$10) in the case a free shipping promotion is used at the time of purchase. Shipping costs for returns are NOT covered by French Lingerie Outlet.
Please print and complete our Return and Exchange Form and include inside your package. Returns will NOT be accepted without a completed form. After completing the returns form, you may return the item(s) using the shipping method of your choice. We strongly recommend adding a delivery/signature confirmation to all return packages as French Lingerie Outlet will not be held responsible for any lost packages.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-7 business days for your return to be processed and credited (if applicable). You will be notified via email once your return is processed.
We strive to provide you the most accurate product information but we understand that shopping online is tricky!
When filling out the Return & Exchange form, be sure to include the requested item in the exchange section. If there is a difference owed or a balance due it will be processed with the credit card on file unless otherwise specified.
Exchanges are subject to inspection and a $5 return shipping fee.
Need your exchange sooner? We will be happy to process a new order for the items to be sent immediately. Upon receipt of the original order we will refund you for the items received. Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take it from there.
*Store credit will be issued for items received after the 30-day deadline and are valid for 1 year from issuing date.
